Privacy.

Pario is an iOS app for logging golf range practice and generating calm, specific session recaps. This policy covers both the Pario app and this website, and explains what we store, where it lives, who processes it, and how to delete it.

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your place in line, and the time you signed up. That’s the complete list. It lives in our Supabase backend and is used solely to tell you about Pario’s availability. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Submitting the same email again simply shows your original number — it doesn’t create a second entry. To be removed from the waitlist, email us (see Contact below) and we’ll delete your entry.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) gives us aggregate traffic metrics only.

• Practice logs — the sessions you record: shot groups, clubs, targets, session titles, and timing.
• Profile answers — your onboarding/profile responses (e.g. goals and your yards/meters display preference).
• Account identifier — if you choose Sign in with Apple, the Apple-provided user id that ties your data to your account.
• Anonymous usage analytics— see “Analytics” below.

If you use Continue without account, your practice logs and profile answers stay in local storage on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

• On your device — always, in local app storage.
• Supabase — our backend. When you sign in, your practice logs, profile answers, and account id sync to Supabase so your sessions are backed up to your account. Access is restricted per-account.

We share the minimum necessary data with these processors, only to run the app and this site:

• Anthropic— when a session recap is generated, that session’s practice data is sent to Anthropic’s model API to produce the recap text. It is used only to generate your recap.
• TelemetryDeck — anonymous product analytics for the app (see below).
• Supabase — data storage for app accounts and the waitlist.
• Vercel — hosting for this website.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. There is no advertising identifier (IDFA) and no cross-app tracking.

If you allow it, Pario writes each finished practice session to Apple Health as a golf workout. This access is write-only: Pario never reads your Health data. Your Health data never leaves your device except for the workout Pario writes into Apple Health on that device — that workout is not uploaded to our servers.

The app uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-first, anonymous analytics: how many sessions are completed, how fast logging is, whether recaps succeed, and crash/hang counts. This is tied only to an anonymous install identifier — never your name, email, or account. Analytics payloads contain numbers and simple tokens only; free text is never sent, so notes, titles, and personal details cannot appear in analytics.

• In the app: open the Profile tab and tap Delete account (shown as Delete all data in local-only mode). This permanently erases your account and wipes every local copy on the device — your practice sessions, any in-progress session, sync history, and your profile and goals. This cannot be undone.
• Server-side erasure: for signed-in accounts, deletion also removes your account and associated records from Supabase.
• Waitlist:email us and we’ll delete your entry.

You can also stop all cloud storage at any time by using Continue-without-account mode, which keeps everything on-device.

Pario is rated 4+ but is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
